3 days onsite near Paterson, NJ

This individual will be responsible for:

• people management
• owning the compensation processes
• year-end compensation
• developing salary structures
• job architecture, leveling, grading
• bonus and merit review processes
• executive and equity compensation
• comp surveys and benchmarking
• market data analysis
• developing off packages
