We're on the hunt for a skilled ERP System Analyst to become a crucial part of the Technical Business Applications & Operations team for a leading client in the industrial equipment industry.
Here's what you'd be doing:
- Solve ERP-related problems: Your expertise in diagnosing and rectifying ERP-related issues will be vital.
- Manage ERP operations: By monitoring ERP batch tasks, you'll guarantee smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to regulatory controls and generate necessary reports.
- Oversee user setup and security: By managing user setups and application security configurations, you'll help secure our client's digital ecosystem.
- Follow implementation procedures: Uphold high-quality standards by adhering to set implementation procedures.
- Develop application batch scripts: Get hands-on with the creation, testing, and maintenance of batch scripts.
- Deploy enhancements: Deploy vendor patches and upgrades to constantly improve the system.
- Use your SQL skills: You'll contribute to SQL queries' development and monitor their performance.
- Develop documents: Engage in creating technical and user documentation to ensure clear communication.
- Manage application implementations: You'll facilitate new application rollouts and offer valuable support.
- Recommend improvements: Evaluate operational systems and suggest necessary software and hardware upgrades.
What you should bring:
- Relevant degree or diploma and 5+ years of experience.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, complex queries, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Web Services/ XML, XSD, SOAP/REST, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, Java, and Apache.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
