We are seeking a motivated, eager, and self-starter Project Manager who has successfully implemented numerous projects from inception to completion, with a strong preference for ERP system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments such as Finance, IT, HR, and other business functions to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, secure necessary approvals, and track expenditures.
• Lead the implementation of ERP systems and other enterprise projects from inception to completion; experience with NetSuite is considered an asset.
• Stay informed about the organization’s IT infrastructure and software systems to support updates and integrations.
• Create detailed project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to senior management through weekly reports.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies and processes for use across the organization.
• Conduct comprehensive risk analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience implementing projects from inception to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• IT background with hands-on experience in ERP system implementation; NetSuite experience is considered an asset.
