WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Channel Business Development Manager with channel management experience in the commercial construction sector for a Global Market Leader!

• Channel Business Development Manager (Commercial)
• CAD $80,000 - $100,000 + Commission
• Remote Role: Servicing Toronto, Ontario
• Work for a global organisation with a strong presence in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Australia
• Experience in working in construction sales or with construction-related products is a must!

Role

You will play a pivotal role in bringing on new business, selling solutions and managing accounts to the A&D audience through influence, education, problem solving and customer collaboration. This is a Field Based Role servicing Toronto, Ontario

You will have

• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in new business development and/or territory management roles
• Experience in working in construction sales or with construction-related products
• Experience in presenting product lines to prospects through lunch & learns in person or over zoom
• Technical product sales experience is advantageous!

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key architects, designers, and product specifiers to increase market share and sales volume.
• Introduce product lines and build brand awareness through regular face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, educational seminars, lunch-and-learns, and Zoom calls.
• Service existing and targeted accounts to nurture relationships, increase product specifications, generate sales leads, and provide technical consulting.
• Provide top-tier customer service and professionalism by managing specifications from our complimentary design service.
• Assist architects and designers in selecting and writing product specifications.
• Report on external market conditions and competitor products.
