Responsibilities
- Gather, handle and coordinate client information & answer phones
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Copying, filing, scanning files, assembly of tax returns & financial statements & other reports
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Additional Skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Ability to write letters & assist other staff and communications needed to get the job done
- Prior Tax preparation & Bookkeeping skills a plus for this job
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
