Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse Location : Penn Yan, NY 14527 Duration : 13 Weeks Shift Details : TBD (40 hrs) General Description: Performs tasks and responsibilities within the frame work of case finding, provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse. Performs nursing skills and provides nursing care to an assigned group of residents in accordance with the policy of the facility. Augments the quality of life of the residents. The LPN will function as a member of the nursing team and the interdisciplinary team. Elimination Maintenance of residents’ safety Maintenance of residents’ Safety Directs the care of the residents performed by Certified Nursing Assistants. Education: Completion of LPN program Certifications & Licenses: BLS LPN
