The main responsibilities of this position are repairs, service, and tech support of a variety of agricultural equipment imported by our company.
Our main product is a line of compact specialty tractors from Italy that we sell into the orchard, vineyard, and nursery markets - plus the attachments that go with them. (See: In addition to new equipment setup and service this position includes taking and processing customer parts orders, technical troubleshooting, as well as answering questions and resolving service issues with customers and dealers. Secondary responsibility includes maintenance and repair of all company transportation and handling equipment.
