Shift: Mon - Thurs, 6a - 4:30p. Overtime available - not required

What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machines to meet production goals.
• Confidently make G&M code edits directly on the shop floor to fine-tune operations.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and perform basic machine maintenance as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency with CNC lathes is a must.
• Experience setting up and operating with live tooling.
• Solid understanding of G&M code and comfortable with on-the-floor program adjustments.
• Eagerness to grow: we want someone who is not comfortable staying stagnant in their career.
• Experience with 5-axis machines and live tooling is a plus, but not required.
• Strong focus on precision and quality control.
