Solution Architect – SAP

Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 1 year (Expected start date: 01/27/2025 or earlier)

Job Description:

Seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect – SAP to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ecosystem solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP enterprise technology frameworks and be skilled in aligning them with complex business objectives. This role involves a hybrid work model with 20% travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Ecosystem Leadership: Oversee all aspects of SAP solutions implementation, including integration with applications like Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, and Fieldglass.
• Architectural Planning: Create and execute architectural blueprints to achieve business goals and support S/4HANA migration projects.
• Technical Expertise: Lead efforts in SAP technical sizing, installation, upgrades, migrations, and day-to-day administration.
• Integration Management: Design and manage integration strategies using REST/OData APIs, IDOCs, WebServices, and SAP Cloud Integration tools.
• Extensibility and Analytics: Develop and implement extensibility solutions (Key User, In-Stack, and Side-by-Side) and leverage SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics.
• Collaboration: Translate complex technical solutions into clear strategies for stakeholders and provide leadership in cross-functional environments.

Technical Skills:

• Integration Technologies: Expertise in REST APIs, OData, Pub/Sub messaging, B2B integrations (EDI, SOAP API, IDOC), and SAP-certified connectors.
• SAP BTP Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform services, including integration, monitoring, extensibility, and error handling.
• Clean Core & Extensibility: Experience enforcing Clean Core principles and implementing SAP extensibility concepts.
• Data Modeling: Proficiency with Virtual Data Models, CDS-Core Data Services, and ABAP RESTful application programming models.
• SAP UX: Knowledge of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA embedded search architecture.
• S/4HANA Migration: Strong experience in planning and executing migrations to S/4HANA.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance, MM, WM, SD, and HCM.
• Understanding of strategic concepts like Clean Core and their practical enforcement in SAP landscapes.
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementations and migrations, including technical architecture analysis and integration strategy development.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Note: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in Miramar, FL, or Dallas, TX, with travel up to 20%.
