Our client, a tech startup based in NYC, is seeking a temp to perm Office Manager to join their team ASAP.
Rate: $25-30/hour

Job Description
- Manages the daily operations of the office
- Make sure office space is clean and prepped for teams arrival to office:
- make/grind coffee throughout the day
- refill snacks throughout the day
- keep fridge cleaned out and stocked
- empty/run dishwasher (as needed)
- Manage inventory
- Keep supplies stocked and order new items as necessary
- Anticipate needs of the team and order supplies accordingly
- Keep storage areas organized and set up
- Manage package and food delivery
- Manage ad hoc team requests, emergencies, and issues that arise
- Communication with building management company
- Coordinate vendors and building management visits and inform the team
- Manage communication/invoices with vendors
- Breakaway
- One off vendors (Taskrabbit, Feather, etc)
- Various ad hoc projects
- Creating spreadsheets from meetings and workshops
- Installing tech
- Manage purchases and subscription payments
- Send invoices and payment confirmations to accounting department
- Write office procedures (i.e. how to’s) and keep team updated on anything new/changes
- Work on building office culture
- Events (Happy Hours, celebrations, large offsite meeting, etc)
- Lunch and learns
- Polls to collect ideas from team
Onboarding
- Create profiles and manage laptop inventory
- Keep profiles up to date
- Push updates to profiles when available
- Manage issues and updates to Blueprints as necessary
IT/Tech
- Make sure all devices/hardware are working properly and to full capability
- Install and provision(as needed) new hardware
- Manage Google device licenses
- Purchase new devices, hardware, and adapters as needed
- Research and update tech hardware as requested/needed
- Research and implement new softwares to maximize efficiency
- Troubleshoot and solve basic computer/app issues
- Liaise with technicians for larger IT issues/updates
