Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Private Money Loan Production Manager  with at least 3 years of loan processing experience and 2 years of leadership experience. In this role, you will manage loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. You’ll work closely with borrowers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan transactions.

This is a full time in office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and review borrower documentation, including loan applications, financial statements, and property information.
• Verify loan file accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required documentation is received and compliant with company policies.
• Communicate with borrowers, underwriters, and title/escrow companies to resolve any outstanding conditions or issues.
• Coordinate property valuations, title searches, and insurance requirements.
• Input and update loan data into the company’s loan origination system.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to borrower inquiries and providing updates on loan status.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal company standards throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Prepare loan packages for underwriting review and closing.
• Track and manage multiple loan files to meet deadlines and closing dates.

Qualifications:

• Experience:  Minimum of 3 year of loan processing experience, preferably in private money or real estate lending.
• Skills:  Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communication:  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with borrowers and team members.
• Technology:  Proficient in using loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge:  Familiarity with private money lending, real estate transactions, and bridge loans is a plus.
• Education:  4 year college degree
