This role is hybrid but could be four days on site!
The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership, overseeing employee relations, talent development, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR initiatives to align with company goals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Investigate complex employee relations issues and recommend solutions.
- Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support career development and coaching.
- Drive employee engagement through initiatives, events, and communications.
- Manage performance reviews and align annual goals with leadership.
- Analyze compensation trends and support annual planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR Management or related field.
- 8-10 years of HR experience, with a knowledge of employment law.
- Real estate or PE experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HCM systems (ADP Workforce Now).
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
