Job Description Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, with government and SLED (State, Local, and Education) clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and present tailored solutions that align the platform's value to the specific needs and challenges of government agencies, state and local organizations, and educational institutions.
- Develop strategies to navigate complex procurement processes, including RFPs and other government-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and compliance, to ensure all deals comply with public sector regulations and standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, addressing commercial and relationship concerns with professionalism.

The Successful Applicant Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with selling SaaS to government or public sector clients
- Must have an understanding of public sector sales cycles, including RFPs, procurement processes, and compliance considerations.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with with government and SLED leaders.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally.
