Stock Plan Administrator
As a Compensation and Equity Plan Analyst (Stock Plan Administrator), you will play a key role in assisting with developing and administrating compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. Your primary focus will be administering the company's equity programs. This role requires demonstrated technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and interpersonal skills to ensure the effective management and communication of the company's equity programs. In addition, you will be a part of the compensation team that analyzes market data, ensures compliance, and provides strategic insights to maintain our industry edge.
Key Responsibilities
Equity Administration:
  • Proactively manage all activities related to equity compensation administration
  • Ensure the integrity of plan participant and equity data, keeping information up-to-date and accurate
  • Monitor daily option exercises restricted stock unit vesting, and reconcile payments received
  • Audit grants awarded, and shares canceled
  • Maintain equity calendars and make sure timelines are followed and checklists are completed
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll and 3rd-party vendors
  • Prepare Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, & 5) on timely basis
  • Monitor trading windows and maintain preclearance list
  • Partner with Finance by preparing periodic reports to forecast, budget and record equity compensation
  • Maintain SOX compliance and controls and complete audit requests
  • Identify gaps in processes
Other Activities:
  • Analyze compensation data to benchmark our pay structures against industry standards
  • Provide guidance to HR partners and management on compensation-related inquiries and best practices
  • Assist with the annual compensation planning process
  • Other compensation and HR-related activities, as requested
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of equity administration experience at a publicly traded company
  • Experience with using stock plan administrative platforms
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous, organized and very detail oriented to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability with ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working within a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in office (Plano, TX) Monday through Friday
