Urgent Need for an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Alamosa, CO Ortho/Surgery/Clinic Schedule: 40 hours full-time (7 am-4 pm) Facility: Hospital/Clinic- Outpatient Clinic attached to a 49-bed level 3 acute care hospital Patient Load: 18-20 Patients in the clinic a day Procedures: The practice sees a wide variety of orthopedic cases i.e., knee, ACL, hip, shoulder (rotator cuff), and some ankle fractures - working to expand sports medicine services Call: Yes, at most 12 calls days/month.
