Fig Tree is hiring a talented Floor Manager with exceptional attention to guest experience. We are an ocean front restaurant. We serve market driven cuisine, natural wines, beer and cocktails in a beautiful venue with a patio and ocean views, breakfast lunch and dinner.
This is the ideal position for an experienced FOH professional who wants to step more into management and learn to guide/inspire a team, and how to operate a restaurant off the floor as much as on the floor.
Along with managing the FOH service, the floor manager will have some light administrative duties - performing inventory, assuring FOH breaks, checking daily time entries, etc. Together with ownership you will also be learning critical aspects of restaurant operations to help develop your career.
