Summary: The occupational therapist works under the general direction of the Meadows policies and procedures, the Therapy Manager, Administrator and the referring physician. This therapist operates under the direct supervision of the assistant administrator and/or coordinator/clinical director. The occupational therapist plans and conducts medically prescribed rehabilitation and training of physically limited and disabled patients to facilitate maximum independent functioning. The occupational therapist supervises the activities of the certified occupational therapist assistants and rehab techs, as appropriate. *Position is located in a Long-Term Care Facility*
Requirements
Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Educate of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
