Description Responsibilities Include: Create and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and budget. Meet with clients to understand their construction needs. Coordinate building inspections with the Building Inspector. Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to oversee daily activities. Update and maintain project reports in the company database. Attend meetings to ensure smooth project management. Ensure construction sites are properly equipped and staffed. Participate in training sessions and workshops for skill development. Ensure safety guidelines are followed on-site. Serve as a liaison between clients and the team, fostering strong relationships. Profile Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent in construction. Strong time and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of construction safety regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically and mentally strong. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. Proficient in technical and computer skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
