Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary firm, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their growing team.
About the Role:
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of municipal infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, roads, and land development. You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment under the guidance of senior engineers and alongside architects on diverse, challenging projects. This position offers excellent long-term growth potential and career development opportunities in a fun and energetic work environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Registration: P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in municipal infrastructure, including planning, design, and project implementation
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of civil design standards
- Experience with contract administration and construction inspection
- Hydraulic design experience (an asset)
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and computer skills
- Valid BC driver’s license
