The Vice President of Operations will be a strong, change agent leader with acute care medium or large sized hospital experience in senior leadership.
The Operations VP is a key leadership position in the organization to and will work collaboratively with leadership among multiple service lines. The Vice President Operations will oversee budget, quality and patient safety, and overall operations for the ancillary services and support service lines.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in or actively pursuing in a related field from an accredited college or university (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years experience working in Healthcare Administration (Required)
- 5+ years experience in Imaging, Laboratory, Professional outpatient practices in Cardiology, Electrophysiology and OP/IP rehab Services (Preferred)
- 1+ years management experience in Cath lab, Vascular Lab, Cardiac diagnostic testing and other outpatient support services (Preferred)
