Job Description Medical Receptionist - San Diego, CAJoin a Premier Healthcare Organization!LHH is teaming up with a national healthcare organization to recruit a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to support several medical clinics in Central and East San Diego. Efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments both over the phone and in person. Collect insurance details and identification cards. Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members. Review, organize, and file both paper and electronic medical records. Support clerical needs such as data entry, printing, faxing, and scanning. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
