Responsible for managing the day-to-day nursing and clinical support staff operations for a 35-bed Long-Term Care facility including, but not limited to, scheduling of care staff, personnel management/supervision and oversight of patient flow/activity.
Administrative responsibilities include developing and maintaining policies and procedures for the nursing home, training of the care team, scheduling, and the implementation of staff development initiatives.
Requirements include a current RN license in the State of Montana with a minimum of three to five years’ experience preferred in long term care nursing.
