Job Description

A Los Molinos, California based clinic is searching for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving individual and community health. An ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced NP who is comfortable seeing all ages. This NP will be the sole provider and should have 3 years of experience at a minimum to apply.

Required Qualifications
n
n- Current California Nurse Practitioner license
n- Current DEA licensure
n- Active CPR Certification
n- Must have 3 years of recent primary care experience
n

Responsibilities
n
n- Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
n- Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
n- Complete annual wellness exams in office and occasional home visits
n- Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care
n- Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
n- Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
