Duties and Responsibilities:

n- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
n- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
n- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and health conditions.
n- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, X-rays, and EKGs.
n- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment options and preventive measures.
n- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs).
n- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Qualifications:
n
n- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
n- Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
n- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
