Responsibilities Installation, maintenance and administration of Physical Server and SAN technologies Installation, maintenance and administration of Hyper-V Clustered environments Installation, maintenance and administration of Windows Server 2016-2025 (Including Core) Active Directory infrastructure maintenance Azure AD maintenance Maintenance and administration of DHCP, DNS, IIS, FTP and other network services Monitor and maintain customer incidents and service requests Respond to server resource monitoring alerts Knowledge and applied experience handling server performance monitoring and tuning Ability to participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule Work with a sense of urgency in solving issues Collaborate with IT and Business leaders to develop functional strategies Actively and effectively listen to business need Propose new and emerging technologies to support the company’s business goals and objectives.
