Seeking a dedicated and meticulous Estimator for a permanent role in the Ground up / TI Construction sector. The ideal candidate should be equipped with strong analytical skills and an ability to make accurate predictions of the likely cost of construction projects. Description Prepare detailed cost estimates of construction projects based on architectural drawings and specifications. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather the information necessary to produce accurate estimates. Participate in the negotiation and awarding of contracts. Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. Assess cost-effectiveness of products or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. Conduct risk analysis for tenders and projects. Present cost estimates to stakeholders as required. Maintain records of estimated vs. actual costs for future reference.
