The Operations Manager will:

• Supervise plant operations, providing guidance to staff identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure safety and quality standards
• Optimize resource allocation
• Drive efficiency, reduce waste
• Manage contracts and service agreements
• Collaborate on procurement processes, budgeting for logistics and warehouse departments
• Represent Company in a professional manner to internal and external stakeholders

Ideal candidates will have management experience in CPG manufacturing, a proven leadership track record, strategic acumen, and a focus on process enhancement. A post-secondary education is also required for this position.
