Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager for a direct hire opportunity to join a trusted leader in high-quality health products and services, there mission to promote wellbeing and improve access to care, in Austin, TX.

Requirements:

• Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including websites, retail stores, email, mobile, and more.
• Analyze market trends, drivers, and competition to guide decision-making.
• Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
• Create comprehensive performance reports and evaluate marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement impactful marketing programs.
• Manage the team’s operational aspects, including budget, performance, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• 3 years of professional experience, preferably in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industries.
• 2 years’ experience with community-based marketing/advertising
• Proficiency in multichannel marketing and campaign development.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings.
• Competitive Salary: $96,000-121,000k per year
