Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Tampa, FL and Jersey City, NJ is $95k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Angular Developer with extensive experience in Angular (versions 13/14), JavaScript, and HTML5. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in web development, with a proven ability to lead a team of developers. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular 13/14, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across various devices.
• JavaScript & HTML5: Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and HTML5, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure successful project delivery.
• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Independent Work: Take ownership of projects and tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently and make technical decisions that align with project goals.
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, architectural decisions, and project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly and visually appealing applications.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (versions 13/14).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing a small team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective project delivery.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Angular or front-end development are advantageous.
