Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve in a client-facing role, responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, then translating them into detailed design specifications.
- Configure SAP Service Management (SM), ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with offshore teams to ensure smooth implementation and system integration, maintaining clear communication with onshore counterparts.
- Support the ongoing implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service and assist in addressing any client-specific requirements or challenges that arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Service Management (SM) or Customer Service (CS) module, with a proven track record in both implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, with a solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
- Experience working with offshore delivery models, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication with onshore teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
