Job Description

• Driving sales and achieving defined sales targets
• Identify, qualify, and close new accounts in the US
• Participating in defining and implementing business plans aligned with the company's strategy.
• Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing the market and trends.
• Prospecting and following up new leads and opportunities
• Build upon existing customer and KOL relationships
• Expand footprint within current key accounts
• Develop and implement the sales plan for their US territory
• Maintaining and developing existing customers
• Following roll out forecast
• Attend local and national trade expositions and meetings
• Develop Competitive Strategies and Plans
• Collaborate with the Global Sales, Marketing, and Support Teams to drive business growth

Required Profile:

• BS, in science or engineering – Advanced degree or MBA a plus
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience selling to life scientists/engineers in academic, industrial, and pharmaceutical accounts
• 25% travel – Accounts within western US territory, US trade shows, and sales meetings at our HQ in France Valid Passport required
• Self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed
• Perseverance, curiosity, and a sense of teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM databases and MS Office
• Knowledge/ experience with lab fluidics/ microfluidics a plus
