This company are a global designer and manufacturer of FMCG products supplied worldwide. With multiple manufacturing locations across North America, they are consistently at the forefront of the industry. Now they are looking for a Process Engineer to join the team.

In this role your customer will be the shop floor. You will be working on multiple projects for CAPEX and Continuous Improvements to improve and optimize processes, reliability and efficiency and fix issues. You will be proactive with the shop floor to constantly understand their needs and areas for improvements.

You will be a Process or Manufacturing Engineer or Process Improvement Technician with an Associate Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

The role:

*Working directly with the shop floor on multiple projects

*Projects across both CAPEX and Continuous Improvements

*Take a proactive approach with the shop floor to understand their needs

*Process, Production, Manufacturing Engineer

*Mechanical or Electrical knowledge

*Minimum of an Associates Degree
