Workplace Operations Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20-26/hour

Responsibilities:
- Represent the client’s culture at the front desk, greeting employees and guests with an upbeat demeanor.
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area, including stocking candy stations and managing music (adhering to the client’s Core Values).
- Oversee inventory management for workplace supplies, restocking regularly and supporting local teams.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries; unpack and stock as needed.
- Assist with conference room bookings and coordinate visitor access, including printing name tags.
- Respond to Zendesk tickets and escalate issues to Workplace Operations when necessary.
- Provide cross-functional support to HR, Recruiting, Real Estate, and other departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee/guest questions or concerns.
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of customer service experience; 1+ year in workplace-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about creating a positive employee experience through operational support.
