Position Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Ulines eCommerce team.

• Plan, schedule and handle expenses for department travel, meetings and events.

• Run reports, analyze data and prepare presentations and memos.

• Maintain and update department documentation, processes / procedures and calendars.

• Provide onboarding support to new employees.

Minimum Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.

• 2+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
