The Administrative Assistant, Concur will provide essential office administrative and clerical support to senior manager(s) at our New York office. Acting as the first point of contact, the position involves drafting correspondences, answering phone calls, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and ordering office supplies.
Key responsibilities include handling expenses using Concur, making domestic and international travel arrangements, registering visitors with building security, updating the out-of-office calendar, and reviewing and sorting incoming mail. This is an onsite role, requiring presence 5 days a week at our client's Vesey Street, New York office. The position is for an initial 3-month period, working 40 hours per week.
Job Details
- 1-2 years of previous in-office administrative experience
