What You'll Do As HR Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees and organization through:
Employee Support & Development
- Guide employees through benefits enrollment and address their questions
- Support employee training and development programs
- Help managers with hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Conduct leadership training for supervisors and managers
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Process employee information in our HR system (ADP)
- Coordinate with payroll team on timesheet processing
- Handle personnel changes and updates
Safety & Compliance
- Manage workplace safety programs and training
- Coordinate incident reporting and investigations
- Lead our Safe From Harm program
- Participate in Safety Committee meetings
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
What You'll Need - Associate degree plus 2 years of HR or business management experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Helpful Experience (Not Required) - Office management background
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations
- Experience with ADP or similar HR systems
