Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Schedule: 7: 30 AM- 4: 00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What You will do:
Answer and direct telephone calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring efficient communication.
Process incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate records.
Enter data, including alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic information, into the computer system following the displayed format.
Review and compare data entered with source documents to ensure accuracy and identify errors.
Process and manage purchase orders efficiently.
Take orders from residential customers for installation and service requests.
Assist with scheduling and dispatching to ensure timely service delivery.
Provide backup support for office staff, contributing to seamless office operations.
Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
One to three years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent language and communication skills
