We're looking for a Bilingual Onsite Specialist , working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States .

• Manage onsite relationship and communication with the client.
• Interview and screen candidates for current and job openings.
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
• Verify past employment of candidates.
• Respond to employee and customer inquiries and needs.
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
• Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees.
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.

Experience Required for Your Success

• 1 year of experience in the staffing industry, recruitment and/or HR
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, excel
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
