As the Director of Coffee Service for the Office Coffee Service (OCS) segment, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our coffee service operations. Your role will encompass strategic planning, operational management, client relations, and team leadership within the OCS division
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the OCS segment's market position and profitability.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to drive service innovations.
  2. Operational Management:
    • Ensure the execution of coffee service opportunities align with our go to market approach across multiple client sites.
    • Work with other branches to ensure opportunities outside of our market approach can be handled through our operational team before changes or new product service roll outs.
    • Maintain a meaningful SKU count of products that make an impact. This will ensure our warehouse stays lean and efficient.
  3. Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their overall service needs and preferences.
    • Identify opportunities for expanding services and upselling to existing clients.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of coffee service professionals.
    • Identify the gaps from the segment perspective and work to ensure positions are hired, trained and mentored to ensure low turnover and high engagement.
    • Provide guidance and support to branch GMs on sales increase opportunities or ways to become more efficient operationally.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Develop the pricing and go to market strategy for new products or services to maximize profitability.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
  • Adaptable, Cooperative, Responsible, Diligent, Attention to Detail
  • Ability to works closely with route drivers, managers and delivery drivers and maintain a positive relationship
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in coffee service operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or directorial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, coffee products, and brewing equipment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
