I am currently recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the agri-food sector located in Terrebonne.
Permanent position 40h/week - day shift
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include :
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Plan, coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Ensure availability of production-critical equipment.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

- DEP or DEC in electromechanics, industrial mechanics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance, including 2 years in supervision.
- Knowledge of automated systems an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English.

Salary :
75k - 90k depending on experience
