The position is part-time with flexible scheduling, and competitive pay ($19 to $21 per hour)! Duties include: + Working directly with customers to schedule appointments + Recommending enhanced services and selling membership plans + Performing administrative and operational tasks including reminder calls and filing + Working cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment + Providing an outstanding customer service experience Requirements + A minimum of 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience + Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and computer skills + Professional, outgoing, organized, ethical, and self-motivated + Reliable transportation + Strong work ethic + A competitive drive is a bonus!
