Patient Access Representative Job Description:Welcoming patients as they arrive, answering any questions they may have and guiding them through the check in process. Act as a liaison with the medical staff to ensure patients needs are met. Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. This role is essential for ensuring that patients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic. Qualifications:+ High School Diploma+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office+ Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settings+ Experience working in customer service+ Strong verbal and written communication+ Reliable Individual + Outgoing, bubbly personality that is able to professionally communicate and create an exceptional experience for all patientsAdditional Information:This role is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 11:30am. This is a temporary contract role expected to last 4 weeks with possibility to extend. Looking for someone to start immediately with no planned leaves during duration of contact.
