Description
We're looking for a Call Center Customer Service Professional , working in Telecommunications industry in Cary, North Carolina, United States .
- Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
- Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
- Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
- Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution
Our Client Experience Required for Your Success - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required: 7-10 years
- Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating expertise and a strong track record in the field.
- Proficient in technology and digital tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
