Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift: evenings Employment Type: Staff Licenses & Certifications Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and Computed Tomography (CT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) needs to be obtained within 18 months, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months. Degrees Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Radiologic Technology. Required Functional Experience No experience required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety. Competent in IV and venipuncture (if required by facility).Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills to work effectively with physicians, patients and other staff members. Ability to work independently. Intermediate computer skills.
