Job Title: Complex Litigation Attorney Confidential application process Position Summary: One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complex Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, consumer protection, product liability, financial fraud, anti-trust, and/or environmental law. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues and make a significant impact on important social and legal challenges. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex legal issues. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document requests. Prepare for and participate in court hearings, trials, and mediations. Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, client communication, and budget management. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Stay abreast of legal developments in relevant areas of law. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. At least 2-4 years of experience in complex litigation, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in public health, consumer protection, product liability, financial fraud, anti-trust, and/or environmental law. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
