We are seeking a Senior Estimator for a Special Projects Division that focuses on smaller-scale commercial projects like tenant improvements, site enhancements, and buildouts. Description Prepare estimates and budgets for projects, including tenant improvements, site improvements, and storage facilities. Collaborate with preconstruction and project teams to develop cost-effective strategies and ensure project success. Lead the preparation of bids, proposals, and detailed cost breakdowns. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of estimates while maintaining open communication with project stakeholders. Collaborate with others on the preconstruction team to successfully bid jobs Develop into a leader within the estimating team Profile 3-7 years of experience in construction estimating, ideally with a general contractor or subcontractor background. Familiarity with MEP and civil projects is preferred. Ability to lead estimates independently. Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
