Part-time Oral Surgeon Opportunity (1 day a month) in Brentwood, (1 day a month) in Sunnyvale, (1 day a month) in Milpitas, and (1-2 days a month) in San Francisco.

Position Qualifications:

• Oral Surgery Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
