About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the organization's financial health and compliance. The CFO will work closely with the CEO to establish and monitor performance standards, and will be responsible for the planning and allocation of financial resources in line with the company's strategic plan. This role demands a leader with a strong background in accounting, finance, and budgeting, preferably in a healthcare setting, who can oversee all financial and accounting functions, including legal and regulatory compliance. The CFO will also be involved in resource planning, and budgeting, and will play a key role in the financial decision-making process, including the evaluation of new services and programs.The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and an active CPA is preferred. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven, innovative leader with a proven track record in financial management. Strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain effective teams, and a commitment to a positive work culture are essential. The CFO will be expected to be visible and involved in the community, and to work with the CEO and senior leadership to develop business plans and engage with the board on financial matters. Proficiency in budgets, productivity metrics, and Medicare cost reporting is required, as is the ability to manage conflict and effectively lead performance management.
