About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the business, overseeing corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, and the development of internal control policies and procedures. This is a hands-on and strategic position, ideal for a seasoned financial professional who can ensure the company's growth by enhancing processes, implementing sound accounting practices, and leading the financial infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving processes and SOPs for scalability and must be prepared to work with a lean team in a fast-paced, growing environment.The ideal CFO for the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred, and at least 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, particularly in a manufacturing or equipment rental industry. A strong understanding of GAAP is essential, as is proven experience with financial software, with NetSuite and QuickBooks Enterprise being a plus. The role requires excellent leadership, team management, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and a strong attention to detail. The CFO will be expected to be flexible and able to pivot priorities as needed and to collaborate effectively with various teams, including operations, HR, and sales.
