Are you detail-oriented and experienced in healthcare credentialing? Join our team to ensure smooth provider onboarding and compliance with insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage provider enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers (PECOS, NPPES, CAQH).
• Handle credentialing and re-credentialing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (CMS, NCQA).
• Maintain accurate records of licenses and certifications, tracking expirations and renewals.
• Develop and enforce credentialing policies, conduct audits, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with providers, HR, and billing teams to streamline documentation and compliance.
• Travel to provider locations for document verification (Notary certification is a plus).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of PECOS, NPPES, CAQH , and payer enrollment processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must work onsite; remote work is not an option.
